The update was included in the Executive Mayor of Croydon’s 14 August message, which said Network Rail had confirmed the appointment of B&M McHugh Limited. The council said initial activity would focus on surveys, investigations and site set-up before construction works begin.
The project is intended to open the pedestrian through route at East Croydon Station bridge.
