Norbury families looking for free local activities later this month have more library dates to check, according to Croydon Libraries’ official events listings.

The Norbury Library events page lists children’s and under-fives sessions at the Beatrice Avenue library through July. A previous Gazette article covered early-July sessions; this follow-up focuses on later dates now visible in the official listings.

Late-July dates to note

  • Rhymetime at Norbury Library: Thursday 23 July 2026, 11am to 11.30am, listed for children, social and under-fives categories.
  • Ready Road: Saturday 25 July 2026, 11am to 11.45am, listed at Norbury Library in children and health and wellbeing categories.
  • Craft and Storytime: Tuesday 28 July 2026, 4pm to 4.45pm, listed at Norbury Library in children, craft clubs and under-fives categories.

Croydon Libraries describes Ready Road as an early-years programme for children aged 3 to 5 who are starting school this September. The programme is described as helping children build skills and confidence through themed sessions.
